Terms

We don't sell online. Every order is quoted individually on WhatsApp or email. A quote is confirmed only when we both agree the design, quantity, price and delivery in writing.

We share the card design and your profile for approval before printing. Orders are usually within a week after approval; we confirm the exact timeline when we quote.

Profiles are free during our launch offer. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell existing clients in advance and explain the options before anything changes.

We publish only content you give us or approve, and we may refuse content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us.

Each card links to a permanent address on lynqtap.com. If a profile is retired, anyone who taps the card sees a page saying so instead of your old details.

We work to keep profiles available at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service — for example during maintenance or an outage at our hosting provider. Every card also carries a printed QR code that opens the same page.
